Partner Spotlight

This presentation is built to provide attendees the opportunity to learn firsthand about your product or service.

AI Translation and Captioning

Position your company as a tech pioneer and support accessibility in quality! Wordly, an AI-powered translation and closed captioning software, will be providing real-time closed captioning to all attendees on monitors during the general sessions and exhibit hall stage sessions. Attendees will also have the option to utilize Wordly for personal translation and closed captioning on their mobile devices. As a sponsor, your company name and logo will be featured anywhere that Wordly is advertised or mentioned including attendee promotions, event signage, and a slide during the General Session.
Water Bottles

Remind attendees to stay hydrated with a complimentary, reusable water bottle that will be distributed at registration and can be used during and long after WCQI 2025. Sponsoring the water bottle is a rejuvenating, long-lasting way to get your name out to all attendees.

Registration & Attendee Tote Bag

Take advantage of this prime opportunity to gain visibility! Your company will have the opportunity to co-brand the registration kiosks and event attendee tote bags. The registration kiosks are the first touchpoint for all attendees and every attendee receives a tote bag at registration. The bags will be used during and long after the conference, providing maximum impact!

Passport to Prizes

Drive traffic to your booth by stamping attendee cards as they stop by your booth to answer a question about your company. Sponsors must provide a prize of $100 or greater to be raffled off during the closing reception. Attendees must be present to win.

Attract and create awareness for your products, solutions, and offerings. Investing in lead generation attracts quality professionals to your exhibit space to engage in qualifying conversations and provide additional insight.
Passport to Prizes

The ultimate way to drive traffic to your booth! Each attendee will receive a "passport" card at registration and they must visit and obtain a stamp (provided by ASQ) from all participating exhibitors to be eligible for a series of prize drawings at the Networking Reception.
Each sponsor is asked to donate a prize with an estimated value of $100. The prize is to be mailed/shipped directly to the raffle winner following the event (with the exception of gift cards). ASQ will create a customized "certificate" for each prize to be given directly to the raffle winner at the Reception. The sponsor and winner will be introduced via email following the raffle.
