If you plan to ship items directly to the venue, material handling fees will apply. Please fill out the Material Handling Form and return directly to Meghan Dineen ([email protected]) by February 17, 2025.
Please advise the venue will only hold shipments arriving between February 19 - February 22, 2025.

If you wish to order additional A/V for your table-top exhibit, please fill out the A/V Order Form and return directly to Meghan Dineen ([email protected]) by February 14, 2025.
Please note standard power is already included with your exhibit.

Registration
Please submit the first name, last name, and email address of registrants to [email protected] by February 10, 2025.
Shipping Information for Exhibitors
If you plan to ship materials to the venue, please work with your preferred carrier to arrange delivery and schedule a return shipment prior to departing the event. Once the event concludes, you may pack your items and leave them on or next to your table(s). The venue’s shipping department will collect the items for outbound shipment.
Additionally, a material handling form must be completed for all incoming and outgoing shipments. Please ensure this form is submitted to Meghan Dineen ([email protected]) prior to the event to facilitate smooth handling of your materials.
